I had a lovely experience at this hotel. the staff greeted us warmly, making check-in smooth and fast. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with helpful amenities like a generous beverage tray. The breakfast offered a decent selection, though I would have preferred warmer plates to keep the food hot. a great spot just a short distance from the city center.

Had a great time with friends visiting Chester Zoo and the Echo Arena, both just a short drive away. Hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly. Loved relaxing with hot drinks after a day out. a solid spot to unwind with a group.

Had issues with the electronic room key not working, which required multiple trips to reception. It was a bit frustrating.

The staff were great, very welcoming. I remember James at reception, he made check-in seamless, felt like we were friends right away and the little kit in the room for better sleep, just what I needed after a long day.

the hotel is super nice and cozy, the architecture is really cool too, it gives u that vintage vibe of early air travel. the lady at check-in was really helpful and sorted out our room mix-up quickly. also, the david lloyd gym and pool next door are a big plus even tho we couldn't use them. room was lovely and comfy, two big beds were perfect for our family!

we had a bit of a mix-up with our room bookings which was kinda annoying. also, breakfast service could’ve been better since it took a long time for someone to take our order.
